I actually also use the same base model. I also state revenue allows you to get extra people to grow faster or move to cash flow positive depending upon what you are looking for. I add at the 9 months point is when you decide if you are going to raising more money or going to slow down burn as it hasn’t quite worked out yet. If raising, then you have 3 more months to get everything set so you can go out and do the raise quickly ie set milestones and hit them.
